  • Apples, peeled and sliced: 6 medium
  • All-purpose flour: 1 cup
  • Granulated sugar: 1 cup
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Butter, melted: 1/2 cup
  • Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon

Notes

  • Store leftover apple cobbler in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
  • For a warm and gooey treat, reheat individual portions in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
  • Serve warm apple cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
  • For a richer flavor, consider browning the butter before adding it to the batter.
