Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and trim the cauliflower, removing the outer leaves and cutting it into florets.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Step 3: Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Step 5: If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Step 6: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
