Ingredients
- Ground beef: 1 pound
- Hamburger buns: 4, diced
- Cheddar cheese slices: 4
- Lettuce: 1/2 head, shredded
- Dill pickle relish: 1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
- Yellow mustard: 2 tablespoons
- Onion: 1/4, finely chopped
Instructions
- Step 1: Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, crumbling it with a spoon as it cooks. Drain off any excess grease.
- Step 2: While the beef is cooking, prepare the Big Mac sauce by combining the mayonnaise, mustard, and pickle relish in a small bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Step 3: Add the diced hamburger buns to the cooked ground beef and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the buns are slightly toasted.
- Step 4: Lay out your tortillas. Spread a thin layer of the Big Mac sauce on each tortilla.
- Step 5: Add a layer of shredded lettuce, followed by the ground beef and bun mixture. Top with the shredded cheese and chopped onion.
- Step 6: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, burrito style. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
Notes
- Store leftover Big Mac wraps in the refrigerator, wrapped tightly in foil or plastic wrap, for up to 2 days.
- Reheat wrapped Big Macs in a skillet over medium-low heat, turning occasionally, until warmed through and the cheese is melted.
- Serve these wraps with a side of crispy fries or onion rings for the full Big Mac experience.
- For an extra burst of flavor, lightly caramelize the chopped onion before adding it to the wraps.
