Delicious buffalo chicken roll ups recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Cooked Chicken, shredded: 2 cups
  • Cream Cheese, softened: 4 ounces
  • Buffalo Wing Sauce: 1/2 cup
  • Ranch Dressing: 1/4 cup
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Green Onions, chopped: 2 tablespoons
  • Flour Tortillas (8-inch): 6
  • Butter, melted: 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Step 3: Lay out a flour tortilla. Spread an even layer of the chicken mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border.
  4. Step 4: Tightly roll up the tortilla and place it seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.
  5. Step 5: Brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the filling is heated through. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For best flavor, store any leftover roll-ups in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.
  • Reheat sliced roll-ups in a skillet over medium heat for a crispy exterior, or microwave briefly for a quick warm-up.
  • Serve these roll-ups with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping, along with carrot and celery sticks to complete the buffalo vibe.
  • Don't overfill the tortillas to prevent them from bursting during baking; a thinner, even layer of filling works best.
