  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 box (6 ounces) Stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) Condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, celery, onion, melted butter, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and milk.
  4. Step 4: Add the chicken pieces to the stuffing mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Step 5: Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and stuffing mixture and stir gently to coat evenly.
  6. Step 6: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is golden brown.
