- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Step 3: Stir in the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Step 4: In a large bowl, combine the browned ground beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, green beans, corn, and milk. Mix well.
- Step 5: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Step 6: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For best flavor, store leftover casserole in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat individual portions in the microwave or the whole casserole, covered, in a 350°F oven until warmed through.
