Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 (15 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Step 2: Dip each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off excess. Then, dip in the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Finally, dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Step 4: Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spoon Alfredo sauce over each chicken breast.
- Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and heated through. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For best flavor, store leftover Parmesan Chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- To reheat, gently warm the chicken in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes to prevent drying.
- Serve this delicious chicken with a side of steamed broccoli or pasta for a complete and satisfying meal.
- Don't overcrowd the skillet when browning the chicken; cook in batches to ensure even cooking and beautiful golden-brown color.
