- Cottage cheese with 1 cup measurement
- Almond flour with 1 ½ cups measurement
- Egg with 1 large measurement
- Baking powder with 1 ½ tsp measurement
- Everything bagel seasoning with 2 tbsp measurement
- Garlic powder with ½ tsp measurement
- Onion powder with ½ tsp measurement
- Salt with ¼ tsp measurement
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese and egg. Mix well until the cottage cheese is broken down and relatively smooth.
- Step 3: Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms. The dough will be slightly sticky.
- Step 4: Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten slightly into a bagel shape. Use your finger to create a hole in the center.
- Step 5: Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with a little beaten egg white (optional, for extra browning). Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
- Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
