Delicious cozy and sweet honey cinnamon dessert: cinnamon sugar blondies to bake anytime recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter, melted: 1/2 cup (113g)
  • Light Brown Sugar, packed: 1 cup (200g)
  • Granulated Sugar: 1/4 cup (50g)
  • Large Egg: 1
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • All-Purpose Flour: 1 cup (120g)
  • Ground Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and lightly flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Add the egg and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and whisk until smooth.
  4. Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Step 5: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Store cooled blondies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • For a warm, gooey treat, microwave individual blondie squares for 10-15 seconds.
  • Serve these blondies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of extra honey for added indulgence.
  • Melting the butter before mixing gives the blondies a chewier texture, so don't skip that step!
