- Unsalted Butter, melted: 1/2 cup (113g)
- Light Brown Sugar, packed: 1 cup (200g)
- Granulated Sugar: 1/4 cup (50g)

- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and lightly flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Step 3: Add the egg and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and whisk until smooth.
