- 1 package (12 oz) Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 8 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package directions, using cold milk.
- Step 2: While the biscuits are baking, prepare the crab mixture. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped crab meat, mayonnaise, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix gently until well combined.
- Step 3: Once the biscuits are baked and slightly cooled, carefully slice each biscuit horizontally in half.
- Step 4: Spread the crab mixture evenly onto the bottom halves of the biscuits. Top with the other half of the biscuit.
- Step 5: Brush the tops of the stuffed biscuits with melted butter and serve immediately.
Notes
- Store leftover stuffed biscuits in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- For best results, reheat the stuffed biscuits in a low oven (around 300°F) to prevent them from drying out.
