Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Step 3: Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the chicken and cream cheese mixture.
- Step 4: Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the stuffed shells.
- Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the filling is heated through. Let cool slightly before serving.
