Ingredients
- Cooked Chicken, shredded: 2 cups
- Cream Cheese, softened: 4 ounces
- Ranch Dressing: 1/4 cup
- Celery, finely chopped: 1/2 cup
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 1/2 cup
- Large Flour Tortillas: 4
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Everything Bagel Seasoning: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped celery, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed and the mixture is creamy.
- Step 2: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading it in a thin, even layer, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
- Step 3: Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then tightly roll it up, burrito-style.
- Step 4: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wrapped tortillas in the skillet, seam-side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the tops of the wraps with everything bagel seasoning during the last minute of cooking for added flavor and texture.
- Step 6: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing in half or diagonally. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a quicker lunch, assemble the filling ahead of time and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- To reheat, try using an air fryer for a super crispy exterior without extra oil.
- Serve with a side of your favorite hot sauce or a dollop of sour cream for dipping.
- Don't overcrowd the skillet; cook the wraps in batches to ensure even browning and maximum crispiness.
