Delicious creamy, crispy, and the wrap that’s always in the fridge plan recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Cooked Chicken, shredded: 2 cups
  • Cream Cheese, softened: 4 ounces
  • Ranch Dressing: 1/4 cup
  • Celery, finely chopped: 1/2 cup
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Large Flour Tortillas: 4
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped celery, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed and the mixture is creamy.
  2. Step 2: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading it in a thin, even layer, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
  3. Step 3: Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then tightly roll it up, burrito-style.
  4. Step 4: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wrapped tortillas in the skillet, seam-side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle the tops of the wraps with everything bagel seasoning during the last minute of cooking for added flavor and texture.
  6. Step 6: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing in half or diagonally. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a quicker lunch, assemble the filling ahead of time and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • To reheat, try using an air fryer for a super crispy exterior without extra oil.
  • Serve with a side of your favorite hot sauce or a dollop of sour cream for dipping.
  • Don't overcrowd the skillet; cook the wraps in batches to ensure even browning and maximum crispiness.
