Delicious crescent roll taco pizza: your new family favorite meal recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (1 ounce)
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crescent roll dough
  • 1 can (15 ounces) refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Step 2: Stir in taco seasoning with the beef and add 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Unroll crescent roll dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Press the seams together to form a large pizza crust.
  4. Step 4: Spread refried beans evenly over the crescent roll crust.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle the taco meat over the refried beans, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream before serving.

Notes

  • Leftovers taste great cold the next day, or gently reheat slices in a skillet for a crispy crust.
  • For extra flavor, mix a tablespoon of taco seasoning into your sour cream before dolloping it on top.
  • Serve with a side of your favorite salsa and tortilla chips for a complete taco night experience!
  • Don't overbake the crust; it should be golden but still soft enough to easily slice and enjoy.
