- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, pumpkin pie spice, and water.
- Step 3: Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer until well combined and smooth.
- Step 4: If desired, fold in the chopped nuts.
- Step 5: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Step 6: Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
