Ingredients
- Eggs: 2 large
- Chicken Ham: 2 slices
- Bread: 2 slices
- Cheese Slice: 1 slice (cheddar or your choice)
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
- Milk or Cream: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Lightly beat the eggs in a small bowl. Add milk/cream, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.
- Step 2: Melt half of the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set but still slightly moist.
- Step 3: While the eggs are cooking, lightly toast the bread slices.
- Step 4: In the same skillet (or a separate one), melt the remaining butter. Lightly fry the chicken ham slices until warmed through and slightly browned.
- Step 5: Place one slice of toast on a plate. Top with the cooked eggs, followed by the chicken ham and cheese slice. Add the other slice of toast on top.
Notes
- Store leftover sandwich components separately in the refrigerator for best results.
- Reheat the ham and egg separately in the microwave before assembling the sandwich again.
- Serve your breakfast sandwich with a side of fresh fruit or a small green salad for a balanced meal.
- For extra flavor, try adding a dash of hot sauce or a sprinkle of your favorite herbs to the egg mixture before cooking.
