Delicious garlic butter lobster tails recipe: a culinary delight awaits! recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Lobster tails: 2 (6-8 oz each)
  • Unsalted butter: 1/2 cup (1 stick), softened
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare the lobster tails by using kitchen shears to cut down the center of the shell, being careful not to cut through the meat. Gently separate the lobster meat from the shell, leaving the tail attached. Lift the meat up and place it on top of the shell.
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
  3. Step 3: Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat of each tail.
  4. Step 4: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 140°F (60°C).
  5. Step 5: Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with additional parsley or a lemon wedge, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your garlic butter lobster tails!

Notes

  • Store leftover lobster tails in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, ensuring maximum freshness.
  • When reheating, gently warm the lobster tails in a low oven or skillet with a touch of butter to prevent drying out.
  • Serve these succulent lobster tails alongside a crisp green salad and roasted asparagus for a complete and elegant meal.
  • For an extra layer of flavor, try broiling the lobster tails for the last minute or two to lightly caramelize the garlic butter.
