Ingredients

  • Ground beef: 1 pound
  • Refrigerated pie crust: 1 (14.1 ounce) package
  • Shredded cheddar cheese: 2 cups
  • Onion, chopped: 1/2 cup
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  • Yellow mustard: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat, drain off any excess grease.
  2. Step 2: Press pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate. Crimp the edges.
