Instructions
- Step 1: Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, mayonnaise, and red wine vinegar.
- Step 3: Add the cooked pasta, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, black olives, and mozzarella cheese to the bowl with the dressing.
- Step 4: Toss all ingredients together until well combined.
- Step 5: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
