- Salmon fillets (skin on or off) – 2 (6-8 oz each)
- Boursin cheese (garlic & herb) – 5.2 oz package
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Lemon – 1/2, sliced
- Fresh parsley – 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
- Garlic powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Step 2: Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Step 3: Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Step 4: Arrange lemon slices around the salmon fillets in the baking dish.
- Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork and the Boursin is melted and slightly golden.
- Step 6: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
