- Ground beef: 1.5 pounds
- Stove Top Stuffing Mix (any flavor): 6 ounces (1 box)
- Egg: 1 large
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Ketchup: 1/4 cup
- Onion (finely chopped): 1/2 cup
- Worcestershire sauce: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Stove Top Stuffing Mix, egg, milk, chopped onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Step 3: Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
- Step 4: Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Step 6: Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Store leftover meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
