Delicious strawberry cheesecake cinnabon rolls recipe recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14.1 ounce) can refrigerated cinnamon rolls, including icing
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • Optional: Chopped strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Unroll the cinnamon rolls and separate them.
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Step 3: Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each cinnamon roll. Top with several sliced strawberries and a small spoonful of strawberry jam. Roll up tightly.
  4. Step 4: Place the filled cinnamon rolls in a greased 8×8 inch baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
  5. Step 5: While the rolls are baking, prepare the icing from the can of cinnamon rolls. Once the rolls are baked, let them cool slightly before drizzling with the prepared icing.
  6. Step 6: Top with whipped cream and optional chopped strawberries for garnish. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftover rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or freeze for longer storage.
  • For perfectly warmed rolls, reheat them briefly in the microwave or oven until heated through, avoiding over-browning.
  • Serve these delightful rolls with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a truly decadent dessert experience.
  • To prevent the jam from leaking during baking, use a slightly less ripe strawberry jam, as it will be less runny.
