Ingredients
- Ground beef: 1 pound
- Slider buns: 12
- American cheese slices: 6
- Dill pickle slices: 1/2 cup
- Shredded lettuce: 1 cup
- Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
- Sweet pickle relish: 2 tablespoons
- Yellow mustard: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, gently mix the ground beef. Form 12 small, thin patties, slightly larger than the slider buns. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2: Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Place half a slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Step 3: While the patties are cooking, prepare the "Big Mac" sauce by combining the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and yellow mustard in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Step 4: Lightly toast the slider buns. Spread the Big Mac sauce on both the top and bottom buns.
- Step 5: Assemble the sliders by placing a cheesy patty on the bottom bun, followed by shredded lettuce and dill pickle slices. Top with the upper bun.
Notes
- Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days to maintain freshness.
- Reheat sliders gently in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for best results, preventing the buns from becoming soggy.
- Serve these Big Mac sliders with a side of crispy fries or onion rings for the ultimate mini-meal experience.
- For extra flavor, try browning the ground beef with a finely diced onion before forming the patties.
