- 1 pound Ziti Pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 cups Alfredo Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook ziti pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and garlic powder and cook until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Step 4: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For easy cleanup, consider spraying your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray before adding the ziti mixture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
