Delicious chicken chicken sausage cream cheese biscuit bites recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Cooked Chicken, shredded: 2 cups
  • Chicken Sausage, cooked and diced: 1 cup
  • Cream Cheese, softened: 4 ounces
  • Cheddar Cheese, shredded: 1 cup
  • Refrigerated Biscuit Dough: 1 can (8 biscuits)
  • Green Onion, chopped: 1/4 cup
  • Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Milk or Egg Wash: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced chicken sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onion, and garlic powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Step 3: Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers or a rolling pin.
  4. Step 4: Place a spoonful (about 2 tablespoons) of the chicken mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit.
  5. Step 5: Bring the edges of the biscuit up and around the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Step 6: Brush the tops of the biscuit bites with milk or egg wash for a golden-brown finish. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Store cooled biscuit bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For best results, reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven or air fryer to re-crisp the biscuits.
  • Serve these warm with a dollop of sour cream or a side of your favorite hot sauce for dipping.
  • Don't overfill the biscuits or they will be harder to seal; a slightly heaping tablespoon is perfect!
